Long Description of the Plot: Selling Diversity: How Neoliberalism Shapes Our Understanding of Globalization Introduction: In the late 1980s, Canadian policy prescriptions for immigration multiculturalism and employment equity have equated globalization with global markets. This interpretation has transformed individuals of various ethnic backgrounds into trade-enhancing commodities who must justify their skills and talents in the language of business. As a result, a trend called "selling diversity" has emerged, where gender, race, ethnicity, and class lenses are used to frame the analysis of how a preference for selling diversity has evolved over the past decade. However, this neoliberal approach to globalization may not be the only or inevitable option, as Canadians are actively engaged in transnational struggles for rights and equality, leading to increased interconnectedness among people worldwide.
Long Description of the Plot: Selling Diversity: How Neoliberalism Shapes Our Understanding of Globalization Introduction: In the end 1980s, Canadian policy prescriptions for immigration multiculturalism and employment equity equated globalization with global markets.
Long Description of the Plot: Selling Diversity: How Neoliberalism Shapes Our Understanding of Globalization Introduction: In the end 1980s, Canadian policy prescriptions for immigration multiculturalism and employment equity equated globalization with global markets.

Long Description of the Plot: Selling Diversity: How Neoliberalism Shapes Our Understanding of Globalization Introduction: In the end 1980s, Canadian policy prescriptions for immigration multiculturalism and employment equity equated globalization with global markets.
Długi opis fabuły: Sprzedaż różnorodności: Jak neoliberalizm kształtuje nasze zrozumienie globalizacji Wprowadzenie: W końcu 1980 roku, kanadyjskie recepty polityki imigracyjnej wielokulturowości i zatrudnienia równe globalizacji z globalnymi rynkami. Interpretacja ta przekształciła ludzi różnych środowisk etnicznych w towary promujące handel, którzy muszą usprawiedliwiać swoje umiejętności i talenty w języku biznesu.
Long Description of the Plot: Selling Diversity: How Neoliberalism Shapes Our Understanding of Globalization Introduction: In the end 1980s, Canadian policy prescriptions for immigration multiculturalism and employment equity equated globalization with global markets.
