On one hand, technology has made communication, information sharing, and access to resources more accessible and efficient. However, it has also created new challenges such as cyberbullying, privacy concerns, and the potential for misinformation. As educators, it is essential to understand the technological process and its impact on our students, particularly those with special educational needs and or disabilities. In this article, we will explore the need to study and comprehend the evolution of technology, the importance of developing a personal paradigm for perceiving the technological process, and how this knowledge can be used to support young people with special educational needs and or disabilities in schools. Chapter 1: The Evolution of Technology Technology has come a long way since the invention of the wheel. From simple tools to complex machines, technology has transformed the way we live, work, and communicate. The digital age has brought about a plethora of opportunities and challenges. Social media platforms, smartphones, and the internet have connected people from all over the world, allowing us to share ideas, collaborate, and learn from each other.
