The papers present research results and innovative ideas in the areas of distributed computing and communication networks. Long detailed description of the plot: In the year 2022, the world is facing an unprecedented crisis. The rapid evolution of technology has led to the development of advanced distributed computer and communication networks, but at the same time, it has also created new challenges and threats to humanity's survival. In this context, the 25th International Conference on Distributed Computer and Communication Networks DCCN 2022 was held in Moscow, Russia, from September 26 to 29, 2022, with the aim of addressing these challenges and exploring the possibilities of developing a personal paradigm for perceiving the technological process of developing modern knowledge as the basis for the survival of humanity and the unification of people in a warring state. The conference brought together leading experts in the field of distributed computing and communication networks to share their research results and innovative ideas, with the goal of advancing our understanding of the process of technology evolution and its impact on society. The 27 full papers and 2 short papers included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 130 submissions, and they cover a wide range of topics, including distributed systems applications, computer and communication networks, analytical modeling of distributed systems, and algorithms for distributed computing. One of the key themes of the conference was the need to study and understand the process of technology evolution, in order to better prepare for the challenges that lie ahead.

В этом контексте в Москве прошла 25-я Международная конференция по распределенным компьютерным и коммуникационным сетям DCCN 2022, Россия с 26 по 29 сентября 2022 года с целью решения этих вызовов и изучения возможностей выработки личностной парадигмы восприятия технологического процесса развития современных знаний как основы выживания человечества и объединения людей в воюющем государстве. Конференция собрала ведущих экспертов в области распределенных вычислительных и коммуникационных сетей, чтобы поделиться результатами своих исследований и инновационными идеями, с целью продвинуть наше понимание процесса эволюции технологий и его влияния на общество. 27 полных статей и 2 короткие статьи, включенные в эту книгу, были тщательно рассмотрены и отобраны из 130 материалов, и они охватывают широкий спектр тем, включая приложения распределенных систем, компьютерные и коммуникационные сети, аналитическое моделирование распределенных систем и алгоритмы распределенных вычислений. Dans ce contexte, Moscou a accueilli la 25e Conférence internationale sur les réseaux informatiques et de communication distribués DCCN 2022, Russie du 26 au 29 septembre 2022, dans le but de relever ces défis et d'explorer les possibilités d'élaborer un paradigme personnel pour la perception du processus technologique du développement des connaissances modernes comme base de la survie de l'humanité et de l'unification des gens dans un État en guerre. La conférence a réuni des experts de premier plan dans le domaine des réseaux informatiques et de communication distribués pour partager les résultats de leurs recherches et des idées innovantes, dans le but de faire progresser notre compréhension du processus d'évolution de la technologie et de son impact sur la société. 27 articles complets et 2 articles courts inclus dans ce livre ont été soigneusement examinés et sélectionnés parmi 130 matériaux, et ils couvrent un large éventail de sujets, y compris les applications de systèmes distribués, les réseaux informatiques et de communication, la modélisation analytique de systèmes distribués et les algorithmes de calcul distribué. Die Arbeiten präsentieren Forschungsergebnisse und innovative Ideen im Bereich der verteilten Rechen- und Kommunikationsnetze. Die rasante Entwicklung der Technologie hat zur Entwicklung fortschrittlicher verteilter Computer- und Kommunikationsnetze geführt, gleichzeitig aber auch neue Herausforderungen und Bedrohungen für das Überleben der Menschheit geschaffen. In diesem Zusammenhang fand in Moskau vom 26. bis 29. September 2022 die 25. Internationale Konferenz für verteilte Computer- und Kommunikationsnetze DCCN 2022, Russland, statt, um diese Herausforderungen anzugehen und die Möglichkeiten der Entwicklung eines persönlichen Paradigmas für die Wahrnehmung des technologischen Prozesses der Entwicklung des modernen Wissens als Grundlage für das Überleben der Menschheit und die Vereinigung der Menschen in einem kriegführenden Staat zu untersuchen.
